A few questions/comments i have after looking at the HH.
Hand 23. Does this seem like a spewey be on the end? My thinking was that villain would have bet a strong spade on the turn. After looking at it, so would I.
Hand 30: I pondered what to do pre. i decided due to the positioning of the OR and stack sizes, i would three bet call. Any other lines seem ok? flatting wasn't any good with no more chips behind than villain had, IMO.
Hand 41: Seems like opening the QT here would not be bad.
Hand 46: same as 41?
Hand 67: I was three bet-folding here.
Hand 86: I think i should have put the shorty in on the flop rather than the turn.
Hand 103: I read this as a possible squeeze and felt like i had a good stack to four bet jam. Any other thoughts on this?
Hand 163: Any time you wouldn't c-bet here?
hand 195: I am certainly raise calling here, the problem comes with getting flatted and whiffing the flop. I suppose i could shove pre...
Hand 214: The truest example of shove ATC???
Hand 215: Probably should have raised here. Villain had been fairly active. I couldn't decide what to do if jammed on, so i folded.
Hand 225: Think i should have opened here.
Hand 250: Don't like this at all. would have rather bet the flop or turn instead of calling a bet on the end. The big Ace dilemma.
Thats all for now.

23 - waste of chips. if he is bluffing more power to him, and you will get him next time. Too many people overplay AK in the early stages.
30- Tough spot in early stages. I am often at a loss here. You need to decide if you are willing to go with this hand. if yes raise more to let him know you are pot committed. If not raise less to see what he does. A part of it is your read on him. only 30 hands in but he has lost 1/2 of his stack. How did he do it. If he spewed go for it. If he was bad beat maybe pull back. The biggest thing to your advantage is even if you are wrong you still have over 20bb left.
41 - depends on table. in the early stages if the table is a bunch of calling stations then fold. If they respect pf raises then raise.
46 - fold. out of position and not suited
67 - really depends on your image and his image. 700 to win 360 seems pretty pricey to me and it is nearly 20% of your stack. Better play once there are antes.
86- yep. He has only about a pot sized bet left. Jam any flop, don't let him get a free card
103 - part is your read on him and what you think his read on you is. I don't know that i want to stack off 40 bb here. Flatting is probably ugly and folding sucks. but in the end i think your stack is fine, just fold and wait for a better spot
163 - given stack sizes and position cbet is right move
195 - given stack probably shove almost any flop.
214 - i know they say atc but i can never bring myself to do it when i have over 10 bb
215 - i he had been big stacking it, yes shove.
225 - yes
250 - got to bet the flop here. once you waited should fold to river bet

Thanks for the input drt. hand 230: I decided to defend here by calling. i was going to check call a reasonable bet on the flop. I felt like when villain checked behind he either had a monster or most likely air. confirmed by his call on the turn. I didnt put him on a Q, but didnt want to get raised off my hand so decied to check call the river.
Hand 250: My standard big ace dillema. i seem to get c/raised here a bunch if i cbet this flop. then choose to spew on the end. maybe delayed cbet the turn?
Hand 300: I dont know. this looks pretty bad, but thought he cold be doing this with two overs and a fd. i was certainly not crushing anything here but was getting around 1.75 to one.
Hand 271: Hand of the tourney for me.. i flatted with the desire to entice someone to shove. was mildly concerned when listerx reshipped, but wasnt going any where.
Hand: Hadnt been hu for many hands and was fairly deep. Sort of looks like a 'its really late and im tired' kind of thing. perhaps not enough patience?
Very pleased with my finish. had teh JJ suckout vs AA and the 83 suckout, which are neccessary to win. hand the hand Aq<j4 which sort of sucked, but what the hell. it happens.
