It is ambitious project and how to and the platform are very relevant points. I am sure Steve and Mark had some ideas.
My point in the very first stage is to use current template as it is. At least to the point that we can see if we can collect relevant information for the few factors which interested members would select to start with. Might be good to mix up some "quick wins" (easy to find or somebody has already made some very outstanding work which can be implemented) to get factoring process going/organized and some most "critical" factors to see that this work will also reward the members and boost the spirit up.
I am not too worried about copyright matters. Corporate world is nowadays using daily basis steal with pride- method and what we learn from books, training sites or web forum we can use for our own work. Source is always a good to mention. But I guess that this was partly related to secure section topic.
I am OK with restricted area. However, if this plane start to fly and we see some real benefits developing I think we should come public with some of the outcomes. My point is that in order to build the hole factoring matrix we would need to more member than us who have shown interest so far.
It would be great if Steve and Mark would share if they had a some frames planned regarding these topics.

I had done a newsletter for the social group I was a part of. We wanted to use the pro articles from FT. When I contacted them they said it was fine as long as we gave credit (citation) to them, so we added a line saying courtesy of fulltiltpoker.com. I am not certain but perhaps if we did the same for a link to a pro hand history depending upon where we got it from that may be enough to be safe. We could also try contacting the site we wanted to take the HH from about acceptable ways to link.

Just some thoughts here. I went back over the document Mark originally wrote. There are things that can be combined to make it more manageable such as: collaborative (1) and self evaluation (8) could be put together; mental well being (3) could be put together with focus/concentration (5); coaching (9) and tools (11) can be combined with resources (18) and also perhaps style (6) could be combined with moves (15) and creative ideas (16). I agree with Mark that there is alot out there on bankroll building/management so this is probably not an area for intense study/work. Finally, I will confess my lack of knowledge about Wikis. But I would like to see a document that members can print/modify for themselves based upon their own self evaluation of their own games.

I am kinda of a putz. Back a year ago reading the 50 factors - I had no idea wtf we had there...it was gold. But it also was a little bit too much to chew. Mark was a hell of a player and a great contributer....I cherish the work he did. While it will serve as a framework - I think we need to identify specifics within those 50 factors - to develop a better understanding of what it takes to win lower limit MTTs (I consider a 60 and below target)...
That being said - some of the items on the list- while very important (physical health etc.) kinda go without saying.
We'll identify what is important and make it a focal point.
