I came up with over fifty, some blur into each other and some I have never used and don't know the correct way to play them.
I think preparation is a good place to start and this can be broken down into several points:
Physical health to win an MTT you are going to have to play for a long time and still be at your best, exercise and nutrition will help this.
Mental health being angry or emotional will lead to poor decisions, some players meditate to help them achieve better results.
Focus plan to have time to complete the tourney with no distractions.
Bankroll play within your limits, so you can play to your maximum.
Understand the tournament structure and how it will effect your play.
Study the subject of poker.
Look into the play of players you will routinely play.
Revaluate your game , so you dont become predictable.
Have a good life balance.
