UTG+2: t1170 M = 8.67 MP1: t1150 M = 8.52 MP2: t5820 M = 43.11 CO: t1075 M = 7.96 BTN: t2915 M = 21.59 SB: t995 M = 7.37 BB: t1900 M = 14.07 Hero (UTG): t2690 M = 19.93 UTG+1: t1895 M = 14.04
Pre Flop: (t135) Hero is UTG with J :club: J :diamond: Hero raises to t180, UTG+1 calls t180, 6 folds, BB raises to t1895 all in,
This is one of the depositor freerolls on Pokerstars ( dont laugh to much) trying to build a bankroll. Anyway no real reads but villain has reraised an UTG raise from me already when another player flatted my raise.

If i'm correct the blinds are 15/30 right ? A 6x raise at this level its okay... but in UTG with JJ with so many players to act behind you who see a suited ace and think they have the nuts, maybe you could have raised a little less, with a 4x raise i think you would obtain the same result and lost less chips. With no reads i think you should fold. You have a healthy stack and there's no need to get into coin flips so early, there are so many Broadway cards that could hit the flop and beat you.

The blinds were 30/60, I raised the standard 3xBB, sorry I did not get that info on original post.

The huge overshove would make me think he doesn't have AA or KK. He could but I would think more times than not he would put in a smaller raise to get called.
most likely AK/QQ/10's/AQ. If he is shoving anything worse then great. Since its a freeroll I wouldn't give any of the players to much credit for playing great unless they proved otherwise.
I think a call is +ev here in a freeroll for sure.
How many players were in this tourney? If the field was huge I would call for sure since you will need to accumulate a lot of chips and this seems like a good spot to double early or move on to the next tourney.
A fold wouldn't be the worst since as Gooz said the stacks are still deep and there isn't any need to gamble.
I'm pretty sure I insta call.

If I remember correctly there was approximately 5000 players left and 500 get a ticket to a $25,000 tourney, plus a small cash for placing.
Your right as its a freeroll the play is crazy.
Thanks for your input.

Agree with Fiber - easy call in a freeroll like this. Even more so because presumably you folded the first time he did it so he probably thinks he's found an easy mark or you're raising light / folding.

With the tourney being a freeroll I called because how players play in them and because he had already done the same to me once before and he showed AA.

fiber is right on the money. freeroll -- instacall. his range is really wide there. EVEN if he does that with AA/KK [ which i doubt ] you still call. is a freeroll man , you're 4500 people away from the "win". adn there are alot more freerolls coming your way.
put the money in!
